8	c	Orville's popcorn, popped
1 1/2	c	Bran Chex or your choice of
		Another Chex, or a combina-
		Tion.
2	c	Pretzel sticks
3	tb	Liquid diet margarine
2	ts	Mrs. Dask herb and spice
		Flavor
		OPTIONAL:
2	c	Peanuts
1	tb	Brown mustard

Combine dry ingredients. Toss with margarine, mixed with mustard if desired. Season with Mrs. Dash. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 350F. for about 4 minutes.
